"HR Marketing" term is very newly introduced in Turkey. As we consider HR Processes as our products, we can see that they have a brand value, a proposition and consumers already, even we do not market them. The decision is that: Should we manage the marketing mix of our products or leave them alone?
We have company objectives. We have HR objectives and yet we have our HR processes as our products. We can exactly make those "products" as love brands. We can position our and name them, present them to our audience with appropriate communication tools.
Of course, we should have a framework to do this. I will give some information about this framework in my next post.

Beginning of a new journey...
Before begin blogging, I should say that I am very excited about the thing that I am doing right now.
As HR people, there can be times that we can not find time to search the literature, make benchmarks, go deep into new articles, so on..
As the owner of this blog, I want to create a difference by;
To begin, let's sort some questions out and response to them.
Who am I?
Yes, there is info about me on blog, but here are my highlights:
I am one of the lucky people who found the reason for working. I am working for making other people's life easier by communicating, facilitating and developing. And I strongly believe that HR is the best department for this. I am an engineer from ITU with also a MS degree from Industrial Psychology - Koc University. I was born in 1983, married, no child (yet:) ).
Why is the blog in English?
I believe that science should be explored and used frequently in our daily HR lives. Since general HR articles, news, blogs are English, we should use this language to engage.
Surely there will be times that I blog in Turkish, but let's challenge ourselves also by increasing out level of English!
Why should you read my blog (and definitely get an habbit of reading it :) ) ?
I like researching, reading and listening to other people. I like stretching myself and others around. I have an experience in academics, business and "dreamworld". So, have some time reading my stuff, maybe you can have some moments of "inspiration". Yes, that is my exact way to go!
