Marketing HR? It is possible...

"HR Marketing" term is very newly introduced in Turkey. As we consider HR Processes as our products, we can see that they have a brand value, a proposition and consumers already, even we do not market them. The decision is that: Should we manage the marketing mix of our products or leave them alone?

We have company objectives. We have HR objectives and yet we have our HR processes as our products. We can exactly make those "products" as love brands. We can position our and name them, present them to our audience with appropriate communication tools.

Of course, we should have a framework to do this. I will give some information about this framework in my next post.
